To become a World Class Manufacturer and to enhance production and maintain its quality at the same time, while becoming competitive, it is very necessary for organisations to understand how supervisors could help in Efficient Shop Floor Management and how it would simultaneously enable them to increase their Overall Performance and Productivity.

This awareness, knowledge and understanding would in turn facilitate the Indian Manufacturing sector to be ready to take on the Challenges of the Manufacturing World and prove their capabilities.

A supervisor is usually a person who is in-charge of and coordinates the activities of a group of employees engaged in related activities within a unit of an organization. A Supervisor usually plays a multitude of roles, especially as a Planner, a Manager, a Guide and Leader, a Mediator, an Inspector and as a Counsellor. 

With this background, CII CME is organising a custoised Inhouse physical Workshop on 17 & 18 Feruary 2023 for one of it's member companies, on the topic emphasising on the evolution in the role of supervisors and techniques to make shop floor management more efficient.
