way in which we process the nature and pace of change around us. Emotional
health, for which there is no injectable vaccine, is a crisis that has only just
begun…which is why we need to pay closer attention to it.
Thus, the emotional
well-being of our employees and its linkage to engagement & productivity at
work is important to study and to reflect upon.
Objective
The objective of this Conference is to build greater
sensitivity to this aspect of well-being and explore how building emotional
health of employees can strengthen the resilience required by businesses to
weather this pandemic and other such adversities in future.
