Context Setting
Procurement process is the strategic backbone of every organization. By optimizing spending and ensuring the stability of supply chain, we can secure the resources needed to stay ahead of competition. Effective procurement is one of the key ways to achieve “more with less”.
Contract management is concerned with the continuous review and management of the contractual terms / service level agreement secured through the procurement process to ensure the outcomes agreed are actually delivered by suppliers or partners.
Objective
The objective of this workshop is to ensure our procurement activities are undertaken consistently to a high standard, efficiently and economically whilst helping achieve economic, social and environmental benefits with special focus on contract management and the best practices to remain competitive and sustainable.
We will discuss how important contract procurement is and also explore how companies can streamline contract management in procurement.
