Safety Behaviour is one of the most important aspects of work life to drive safety. Despite availability of all Safety procedures tools & tackles and equipment, safety cannot be driven without inculcating it into day-to-day behaviour of the people.

Behavior-Based Safety Management approach recognizes the pivotal role that individual behaviours play in shaping the overall safety landscape. The programme aims to proactively prevent incidents and accidents through understanding, observing, and influencing behaviours.

This program encourages a holistic approach that involves leadership, managers, and frontline employees. By working together, we can create a workplace where safety is a core value embedded in our daily activities.
