He has worked with National Productivity Council, New Delhi; JK Industries Limited (main JK Tyres plant at Kankroli in Rajasthan), Hero Cycles Limited at Ludhiana and JBM (Jai Bharat Maruti) Group at Gurgaon in their 2-Wheeler/ 4-Wheeler automobile components manufacturing Units as Business Excellence Head.

He is qualified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environment Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System
