Therefore, it is crucial to incorporate safety guidelines at each stage of a project i.e. design, installation, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance - especially in low voltage systems, where the majority of accidents happen.

Mr. Anil Bhatia is a post-graduate in Industrial Engineering and graduate in Electrical Engineering with 42 years of progressively responsible experience of handling manifold assignments in the Automotive /Manufacturing Sector.

He has worked with :

  • National Productivity Council, New Delhi
  • JK Industries Limited (main JK Tyres plant at Kankroli in Rajasthan),
  • Hero Cycles Limited at Ludhiana and
  • JBM (Jai Bharat Maruti) Group at Gurgaon in their 2-Wheeler /4-Wheeler automobile components manufacturing Units as well as Tooling Division, as Corporate Head – Manufacturing Excellence.

He is qualified Lead Auditor for :

1. ISO 9001 Quality Management System

2. ISO 14001 Environment Management Systems, and

3. ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.

He also has expertise in establishing, implementing & improving Integrated Management systems in the manufacturing organisations.

Mr Bhatia is a qualified Assessor for the ZED (Zero Defect Zero Effect) Certification Scheme of the Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India.
