Context Setting
Workplace interactions today are
dynamic and collaborative, making it important for employees to clearly
understand professional boundaries and respectful behaviour. Awareness of the
Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal)
Act, 2013 is therefore essential for all employees. POSH awareness is not
only about preventing inappropriate behaviour but also about helping both women
and men understand workplace boundaries, communication norms, and the processes
that ensure fairness and accountability.
In everyday work environments,
employees often encounter situations where intent, perception, and impact may
be interpreted differently.
